EZIBLANK® 6-RU Blanking Panel is a well-received innovative Australian data centre product that is made of the high-quality flame-retardant UL94 ABS plastic. Moulded with precisely engineered clips, EZIBLANK® Blanking Panel can be installed easily onto square mounting holes of any EIA-310-D compliant 19” server rack to prevent recirculation of hot exhaust air within server racks.

EziBlank® Modular Wall replacement racks are assembled in minutes, creating a stable rack sized airflow barrier, that can be positioned anywhere and re-used again and again. Assembled from a flat sheet, EZIBLANK® Modular Wall panels build quickly into a strong, stable triangular structure. Each individual rack consists of 2 sheets of 2310mm x 1090mm.

EziBlank® flexible 605mm & 810mm Sub rack dam is designed for retrofitting onto existing rack cabinet to effectively seal the bottom cavity of a rack cabinet.
It uses industrial strength adhesive tape for secure mounting of the panel on to the rack surface.

EziBlank Modular panel is a patented design where individual 1RU panel can be snapped off the main panel to cover 1RU, 2RU, 3RU, 4RU, 5RU or simply just use the full piece to cover 6RU in one go. No wastage and no need to worry about finding that extra 1RU to cover an odd space.

Air flow management is a wholistic strategy that needs to be implemented at both macro and micro level. While containment pods insulate your IT equipment from outside environment, cooled air still needs to circulate to all IT equipment efficiently in order to cool them optimally. Without blanking panels, air bypass and contamination will still occur and lead to inefficient cooling and problematic hotspots.
